Bacon Wrapped Chipotle Shrimp - Easy Super Bowl Food Recipe


Ingredients;

8 ounces Bacon (partially cooked)
20 Shrimp
3 Tablespoons chopped Chipotle in Adobo Sauce
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
Limes

Wrap the Shrimp with Bacon and then add 2 or 3 Shrimp per Skewer.
Mix the BBQ Sauce, Oil, Chipotle, Dijon Mustard and Juice of 1/2 Lime
in a bowl and reserve half for dipping.
Grill Shrimp on medium heat until it starts to turn pink.
Baste the Sauce on each side of the Shrimp until fully cooked.
Serve with Lime and the remaining Sauce and enjoy!

Jalapeno Popper Egg Rolls - Super Bowl Food


Ingredients;
Jalapenos
Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
Egg Roll wrappers
Garlic Salt

Cut the ends off of the Jalapenos and hollow out the insides.
Stuff the Jalapenos with the Mozzarella String Cheese.
Season the Egg Roll wrappers with Garlic Salt.
Roll the Jalapenos up in the Egg Roll wrapper using Water as a glue on the edges.
Deep fry until golden brown in Canola oil set to 350 degrees.
Serve with Ranch Dressing and enjoy the big game!

Ingredients;
6 Russet Potatoes
4 ounces Cream Cheese
2 tablespoons Butter
1/4 cup Milk
Salt 
Chives

Peel the potatoes and cut into 1-inch pieces.
Place cut Potatoes into Instant Pot and add enough water to cover the Potatoes.
Cook for 5 minutes and let the Instant Pot sit for an additional 10 minutes.
Release the pressure valve and drain water from the Potatoes.
Add the Cream Cheese, Butter, Milk, Salt, and Chives.

Ingredients;
1/2 pound of Shrimp cut into thirds.
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil.
1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes.
2 tablespoon Soy Sauce.
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder.
1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala.
Cornstarch.
Peanut oil for frying.
Avocado, Green Onion, Carrot, Cucumber.

Mix Shrimp, Sesame Oil, Red Pepper Flakes, Soy Sauce, Garlic Powder,  and Garam Masala in a bowl.
Coat Shrimp with Corn Starch and Flour then deep fry in 365 degree Peanut Oil until golden brown.
Stack Rice, Cucumber, Shrimp, Carrot, Avocado, and Green Onion.

Ingredients;
4 cups Shredded Hash Browns
2 Egg Yolks
6 Eggs
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary
Bacon
Avocado
Cheddar Cheese
1 cup plain Yogurt
1/2 teaspoon Sriracha

Mix Hash Browns, Egg Yolks, Salt, and Rosemary in a bowl.
Make "nests" in a muffin tray out of the Hash Brown mixture.
Bake in oven for approximately 40 minutes at 400 degrees until brown.
Place 1 Egg in each nest and cook another 15 to 17 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cover tops of each nest with Cheddar Cheese and Bacon and place in oven until Cheddar Cheese is melted.
Garnish with Avocado and Sriracha Aoili.

Ingredients;
Short Grain Rice
Water

Start by rinsing 2 cups of Short Grain Sushi Rice until water runs clear.
Add Sushi Rice to Instant Pot or Power Cooker and then add 2 cups of water.  When cooking rice in an Instant Pot or Power Cooker, it is okay to use equal parts water to Rice.
Set Instant Pot to pressure cook on high pressure.
Set time for 8 minutes.
After the timer goes off, let Instant Pot sit for an additional 10 minutes.
Release the valve, fluff up Sushi Rice with a fork and enjoy!

Ingredients;
4 cups Yellow Onions
3 tablespoons Butter
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 cup dry Sherry
4 cups of Chicken Stock
Gruyere cheese
Bay Leaf
Thyme
Salt and Pepper
French Baguette

Cut Onions lengthwise.
Saute Onions in Butter and Olive Oil until very soft.
Deglaze the pot with Sherry.
Add Thyme, Chicken Stock, and a Bay leaf and let simmer for about an hour.
Slice a French Baguette into pieces, Butter them and broil until toasty.
Ladel the Soup into an oven-safe bowl, put French Baguette slices on soup, and cover with Gruyere Cheese.
Place in oven under the broiler until the Gruyere Cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients;
1 1/2 cups pre-rinsed Quinoa
15 ounces of coconut milk
1 1/2 cups of water
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot, seal the lid and vent then use the rice setting (12 minutes on low pressure).  After the 12 minutes are up, let it sit for another 10 minutes before venting.  Serve with almond milk and fresh fruit.   Subscribe and give a thumbs up

Instant Pot Cheesy Potato Soup - Cheesy Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients;
6 cups Russet Potatoes cut into 1/4 pieces
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cloves Garlic diced
1 tablespoon dry Parsley
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup diced Onion
1 cup Corn
4 ounces Cream Cheese
1/3 cup Flour
2 cups Milk
3 cups Chicken Stock

Set the Instant Pot to Saute.
Add a couple tablespoons of Olive Oil and Saute the Onions and Garlic until translucent and soft.
Add Potatoes, 1 cup Chicken Stock, Parsley, Salt and Pepper.
Set pressure to high for 4 minutes.
Blend Milk, Cream Cheese, 2 cups Chicken Stock and Flour until smooth.
After 4 minutes are up, release the pressure valve and set the Instant Pot to Saute.
Add the blended Milk, Cream Cheese, Chicken Stock and Flour mixture to Instant Pot.
Continue stirring until the soup reaches your desired thickness.
Add the Cheddar Cheese and stir until it melts then add the Corn.
Serve it up with Cheese, Bacon, Chives or your favorite garnish.
