Hash Brown Egg Nests - Eggs in Hash Brown Nests
Ingredients;
4 cups Shredded Hash Browns
2 Egg Yolks
6 Eggs
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary
Bacon
Avocado
Cheddar Cheese
1 cup plain Yogurt
1/2 teaspoon Sriracha
Mix Hash Browns, Egg Yolks, Salt, and Rosemary in a bowl.
Make "nests" in a muffin tray out of the Hash Brown mixture.
Bake in oven for approximately 40 minutes at 400 degrees until brown.
Place 1 Egg in each nest and cook another 15 to 17 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cover tops of each nest with Cheddar Cheese and Bacon and place in oven until Cheddar Cheese is melted.
Garnish with Avocado and Sriracha Aoili.
