Ingredients;
1 1/2 cups pre-rinsed Quinoa
15 ounces of coconut milk
1 1/2 cups of water
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot, seal the lid and vent then use the rice setting (12 minutes on low pressure). After the 12 minutes are up, let it sit for another 10 minutes before venting. Serve with almond milk and fresh fruit. Subscribe and give a thumbs up
